Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, normally within 48hours from time of purchase. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain.

You will receive an email receipt immediately after purchase. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been shipped, this email will also include your tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox.

We deliver to customers worldwide from this website.

Shipping price does not include duty or customs charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

Shipping times and rates.

• Spain, Portugal, Andorra - Correos with tracking - 10€ per order - 2 to 4 working days

• Rest of Europe & UK - Seur with tracking - 15€ per order - 2 to 4 working days

• Rest of the world - Correos with tracking - 30€ per order - 2 to 4 weeks

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks of the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.

To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, and accompanied by all of its accessories.

Sender is responsible for the costs of the return shipping.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
